One-stop-shop for trekking
This is your one-stop shop street that features all the trekking agencies with their offices standing side by side. From day treks, jungle treks to three-day hikes starting from Kalaw and finishing at Inle Lake, all agencies are open most days until 8 in the evening ready to take your bookings and answer questions. The trekking routes around Kalaw are unique because tourists can gain an insight into village life. Treks usually include a homestay in the Pa O or Palaung villages that surround Kalaw. There are plenty of reliable operators to choose from. If you are not interested in hiking, there’s plenty of other outdoor stuff to do.
